Chris has firsthand experience in most aspects of the agricultural sector and has successfully built VEU to be a productive Company.

Naveen Aggarwal is Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Active Intelligence Corp., a company that specializes in the systems integration of Oracle Retail's (Retek) retail solutions portfolio. Mr. Aggarwal has 24 years experience in the technology sector and embraces a philosophy of flexibility, diversity, adaptability and innovation grounded in the fundamental principal of building relationships and providing solutions to advance corporate goals. As Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Active Intelligence, Mr. Aggarwal established the company as the sole delivery partner for Oracle Retail (Retek) training for North America. Mr. Aggarwal has held senior level positions at many leading international companies including Sun Microsystems, Quest Software, Netscape Communications and Northern Telecom. Mr. Aggarwal received degrees in Neurophysiology and Mathematics/Computer Science at the University of Toronto.

Gerry Jardine has more than twenty five years experience in public company administration and management and corporate governance. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Slica Resources Corp. and was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of New Pacific Ventures, and for seven years was the founder and President and Chief Executive Officer of Powertech Industries Inc., a Canadian public company that developed, manufactured and marketed HVAC equipment. Mr. Jardine has served as a director to more than a dozen public companies, mainly in the resource industry.

Tim Brock
Position: Advisor to the Board, Finance & Business Planning
Mr. Brock holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of British Columbia (1967) and has in-depth experience in seed capital funding, initial public offerings and sponsorship on Canadian and American Venture Exchanges. Since 1975, he has been a financial advisor to Sweetwater Capital, Britton Capital Corporation and West Peak Ventures of Canada Ltd. Previous and current engagements include Zoom Telephonic (NASD Zoom); Synenco Energy; War Eagle Mining Company (WAR CDN TSX exchange); Oilsands Quest (BQI - AMEX) formerly Canwest Petroleum Corporation; and Valcent Products Inc.
